Ron's Rider Series 3 Quad
Re-introducing the Ron's Rider rail bike quad, the legacy continues!
The refined and redesigned evolution of the original Ron’s Rider rail bike quad that has been saving the rails since 1975! The Ron’s Rider series 3 is designed with the hobbyist in mind and is equipped with 4 pedaling positions complete with freewheels, front and rear bicycle style disc brakes, BMX style “Ashtabula” cranks, and comes with our world famous 17 inch polyurethane wheels in blue*. The backbone of the Ron’s Rider is the professionally TIG welded aircraft grade aluminum frame which provides for a lightweight unit which can be easily picked up and turned when needed.
Although the Ron’s Rider series 3 quad was developed as a cost effective entry level rail bike with the hobbyist in mind it can be upgraded with a slew of options suitable for the weekend warrior. These options include, electric drive system, impact bumpers with or without rubber bumperettes, tow hitch, sweep kit (for knocking light debris from dirty rails), premium seats, cargo tray, and last but not least a lighting package.
Please note: At this time the Ron’s Rider series 3 quad is not available with the engine prep kit.
*May substitute blue wheels for another color depending on stock quantities
Your Ron's Rider will be shipped assembled on a pallet. Grease must be applied to the axle bearings before riding and small adjustments may need to be made. Failure to grease or make initial adjustments WILL damage the unit. Railriders.net will not warranty damages caused by failure to grease or properly adjust the unit. We will happily walk you through this short process to make sure you get the most out of your new rail bike.
